Underwood is certainly going to have to play better against a Sooners team that is coming off
a 51-0 thrashing of UTEP last week. Perhaps more importantly, Oklahoma beat Michigan last year in Norman 24-13, in a game where Underwood went just 9-24.
Michigan also had a difficult time keeping Western Michigan off the field last week, which indicates that their defense is going to need to step up as well. There's an opportunity for Sooners running backs Lloyd Avant and Ben McCreary to churn up yards if the front seven isn't more stout in Week 2.
Momentum seems to be on Oklahoma's side in this one, and expect there to be some nervous energy at the Big House if the Sooners jump out to a double-digit lead.
