Some are asking if New York Jets head coach Aaron Glenn should be on the hot seat right now.
The Jets are off to a 1-3 start to the 2026 NFL season. Glenn only has four teams against pretty poor opposition in his head coaching career in the New York... and Gang Green is all too familiar with who pulls the strings behind the scenes.
Ahead of the Jets' upcoming game with the Cleveland Browns (3-1) at MetLife Stadium in Week 5, Glenn was asked about his relationship with team owner Woody Johnson.
After all, Johnson would be the one calling the shots on bringing in a new head coach.
As of now, ESPN report's a positive relationship in Glenn's eyes:
"[We have] very positive conversations," Glenn said. "We speak after the games all the time and he gives
me his thoughts. I give him the rundown on how things go. I mean, that's the beauty of our relationship is being able to have open dialogue with each other, throwing everything on the table. There's also a trust factor there."
Jets Wire will continue to provide updates throughout the 2026 NFL season.
