The New York Jets will attempt to end a two-game skid versus the Chicago Bears in Week 4. The offense will be severely shorthanded, and they'll be up against a Bears defense allowing fewer than 18 points per game.
Jets Wire has identified three potential X-factors for the Jets on offense:

Braelon Allen, RB
The expectation is the Jets will be without star running back Breece Hall on Sunday due to a quad injury. That means Braelon Allen will be tasked with reinvigorating a rushing attack that has failed to top 67 yards in consecutive weeks. Allen has impressed in limited action this season, but he'll have to handle a bigger workload in Week 4.
Kenyon Sadiq, TE
Rookie tight end Kenyon Sadiq took complete advantage of his opportunity with Mason Taylor injured on the sidelines. The former
Oregon standout recorded seven receptions for 105 yards and a touchdown in Week 3. Sadiq was limited at Wednesday's practice due to a back injury, but he's expected to play through the minor setback on Sunday.
Jordan Meredith, LG
Backup left guard Jordan Meredith played 28 snaps in relief of Dylan Parham. Parham continues to be sidelined with a knee injury, and the belief is it's a week-to-week issue. Meredith struggled mightily, allowing five pressures and one sack. He'll need to be considerably better versus the Bears.
