The Georgia Bulldogs have opened as underdogs for their Week 6 clash against the Alabama Crimson Tide. Georgia and Alabama are both 5-0 to start the 2026 college football season and face each other in a rematch of the 2025 SEC championship.
Georgia is coming off a 38-14 win over the Vanderbilt Commodores, while Alabama earned a dominant 56-23 win at Mississippi State. Georgia is slight underdogs at Alabama, where UGA has not won since 2007.
The Crimson Tide have look sharp in recent weeks. Alabama's offense is humming along well with sophomore Keelon Russell playing at an elite level. Russell has posted at least four total touchdowns and 300 total yards in each of his last three games (all versus Power Four competition).
Georgia has dominant every
opponent it has faced all season. The Bulldogs have won every game by at least 24 points and had the nation's leading scoring offense entering Week 5. Quarterback Gunner Stockton has been playing very efficiently and just had "probably his best game" against Vanderbilt, according to coach Kirby Smart.
