The Georgia Bulldogshave added commitment No. 24 in the class of 2027 and it is a notable one. Three-star quarterback recruit Bo Bryan, the son of country music singer Luke Bryan, has committed to coach Kirby Smart and Georgia.
Bryan is Georgia's second quarterback commitment in the senior class. He joins four-star quarterback Colton Nussmeier, who is the brother of a former SEC starting quarterback, as Georgia's two quarterback commitments. It is unclear if Bryan will be a walk-on or play with a scholarship. However, Georgia did offer Bryan a scholarship a few days ago.
"Only place I wanna be," Bryan said via social media upon announcing his commitment. "Athens, I'm coming home."
Bryan's dad, Luke, is an award-wining country music star and is a big
Georgia fan. In fact, Luke Bryan performed at Sanford Stadium in the spring of 2026.
Bo Bryan has enough talent to make a name for himself. The 6-foot-1, 200-pound passer plays high school football for Battleground Academy in Franklin, Tennessee. Bryan is ranked as the No. 2,052 recruit in the class of 2027 and the No. 141 quarterback. He's the No. 70 player in Tennessee.
Bryan passed for 2,006 yards, 30 touchdowns, and three interceptions during his senior season before suffering a collarbone injury. He also has scholarship offers from Austin Peay and UT Martin.
