The Atlanta Falcons briefly had the most Georgia Bulldogs (tied with the Philadelphia Eagles) of any team in the NFL. That changed with roster cuts. The Falcons previously had six Georgia players, but are now down to four.
Atlanta cut running back Cash Jones, linebacker Channing Tindall and pass rusher Azeez Ojulari ahead of the NFL's 53-man roster deadline. Atlanta did bring back Jones, who is now a member of the Falcons' practice squad. However, following those decisions, Atlanta fell behind the Eagles, who still have six Georgia players.
The Falcons have been much more aggressive in acquiring Georgia players in recent seasons, which is something a lot of Georgia fans are happy about. Despite Atlanta's efforts, the Falcons' time with the most
Georgia players in the NFL was short-lived.
The Eagles now have the most Georgia players in the NFL. Behind Philadelphia is the Cincinnati Bengals, Las Vegas Raiders and Minnesota Vikings, who all have five former Georgia players.
NFL teams with the most Georgia players

- Philadelphia Eagles: Six
