Fox Sports college football analyst Joel Klatt had made his pick for the Georgia Bulldogs versus Florida Gators game on Saturday, Oct. 31 at 3:30 p.m. ET. Klatt made his pick on "The Joel Klatt Show: A College Football Podcast."
"Georgia's coming off of that loss," Klatt said. "They have been on a bye week. So, Kirby's (Smart) been able to lean on his team. They will play better. There's no doubt they will play better than they did against Auburn."
Georgia had three turnovers in their 27-24 loss to Auburn. However, Klatt is unsure what version of Florida will play against Georgia. The Gators have wins over Ole Miss and Texas along with losses to South Carolina and Missouri. The Gators have questions at quarterback.
Klatt thinks Georgia's favored
by too much against Florida, but he predicts that Georgia will win 31-20.
"They're (Florida) not going to win a trenches game with Georgia," Klatt said. He has been impressed with Florida's defensive line recently, but does not think it will be enough for Florida to win.
"Which team shows up?" Klatt asked about Florida. The Gators have had extra time to prepare for Georgia, so it is easy to see why Klatt is predicting Florida to cover with Georgia favored by 12 points, per BetMGM.
