Highsmith, who was drafted by the Steelers in the third round of the 2020 NFL Draft, has dealt with multiple groin injuries over the past several years. He previously missed one game in 2021 and three games in 2024 with groin injuries.
Through seven games in 2026, Highsmith has
recorded 13 tackles, five tackles for loss, six quarterback hits, and three sacks. His best game was in Week 1, when he recorded two sacks and two tackles for loss.
Highsmith's availability will be worth keeping an eye on as the Steelers continue to prepare for their Week 8 matchup against the Browns.
