The injury situation for the Pittsburgh Steelers' secondary is looking rough just a few days before the Week 7 matchup against the New Orleans Saints, as one key depth piece may be in jeopardy of missing Sunday's game in Paris.
Courtesy of the Steelers' Week 7 injury report, cornerback Brandin Echols, who was ruled out with a hamstring injury in last week's win over the Tampa Bay Buccaneers, did not participate in practice on Wednesday.

Echols, who joined the Steelers in March 2025, emerged as a standout cornerback for the team in 2025, appearing in 16 games, including three starts,
while recording 48 combined tackles, six passes defended and two interceptions.
A versatile depth piece who can play both outside and in the slot, Echols' potential absence in Week 7 would be a huge loss for Pittsburgh's secondary, especially one that has dealt with quite a few injuries early in the season.
