According to Pittsburgh Steelers reporter Noah Strackbein, the Pittsburgh Steelers are welcoming back a familiar face for a workout this week. Strackbein is reporting that free-agent wide receiver JuJu Smith-Schuster is coming in for a visit on Friday.
Smith-Schuster spent his first five NFL seasons with the Steelers. The former second-round pick had great success with the Steelers, including a 111-reception season and a 97-reception season. Smith-Schuster spent 2024 and 2025 with the Kansas City Chiefs but was released in the offseason. The Steelers are currently decimated by injuries at wide receiver, with Michael Pittman Jr., Roman Wilson and Ben Skowronek all out for the foreseeable future. This leaves DK Metcalf and rookie Germie Bernard
as the two most viable options at receiver on the roster.
Well, well, well, an old friend is coming to visit the Steelers tomorrow. JuJu Smith-Schuster is making his way to Pittsburgh to meet with his former team
