Best No. 2 in Steelers history: QB Mason Rudolph
When it comes to No. 2 and the greatest wearer in Steelers history, it doesn't get much better than Mason Rudolph.
Drafted by the Steelers in the third round of the 2018 NFL Draft, Rudolph carved out a solid role for himself as one of the league's top backup quarterbacks.
During his Steelers career, Rudolph recorded 3,395 passing yards and 21 touchdowns in 26 career games. He also recorded 1,530
passing yards and 10 total touchdowns in eight games with the Tennessee Titans in 2024.
Rudolph's return to the Steelers in 2025 was a much-welcomed move, as he is arguably the best No. 2 in team history.
