The Washington Commanders needed this win against the Philadelphia Eagles to stay in the division race in the NFC East and they got it. Already with a 19-10 lead, they got the ball back at their own 37-yard line after an interception from Eagles quarterback Tanner McKee on fourth down.
After a 33-yard from running back Rachaad White, the Commanders got down to Philadelphia’s four-yard line. He ultimately punched it into the end zone for a one-yard touchdown. Austin Ekeler got the two-point conversion to make it a 27-10 game with under two minutes left in the game.

The Eagles face the Giants in their next game, which will be another pivotal division matchup to keep Philadelphia’s slim playoff chances alive.
