It took nearly an entire half, but there is finally a touchdown in the Seattle Seahawks’ Sunday night matchup against the Kansas City Chiefs. On third and nine from the Chiefs’ 29-yard line, Seahawks quarterback Sam Darnold took a shot downfield to wide receiver Jaxon Smith-Njigba who came down with the catch.
Smith-Njigba was originally ruled out of bounds at the one-yard line. However, after review, it was determined he was in the end zone for the touchdown, giving Seattle a 10-0 lead with under two minutes to go until halftime.
