After suffering an ankle sprain during Week 4's win over the Tennessee Titans, Lamar Jackson's status for the Baltimore Ravens this Sunday has officially been determined.
On Friday, Baltimore head coach Jesse Minter revealed that Jackson will not play for the Ravens on Sunday night as they're set for a showdown with the Atlanta Falcons. The decision comes after Jackson did not practice this week, despite the franchise believing there was an "outside chance" he might not miss any time earlier this week. With Jackson out, who is next at quarterback for the Ravens?

Tyler Huntley will start for the Baltimore Ravens in Week 5
With Jackson sidelined, the Ravens will hand the reins to backup Tyler "Snoop" Huntley, who went 8-of-9 for
63 yards and added 16 rushing yards after entering the game against the Titans. The Ravens are 6-11 in games without Jackson since he became their full-time starter in 2019.
"I mean, look, there is only one Lamar Jackson," Minter said. "I think Snoop as a backup quarterback in this league, and even as a starter at times, has shown the ability to come in and really kind of run the offense, make plays with his legs and be able to make plays on third down."
This will be Huntley's first start of the season. Over his seven-season NFL career, he has made 16 starts, including two in place of an injured Jackson last season. He went 2-0 in those games and holds a 7-9 career record as a starter.
