So far, Evans is the leading wide receiver for the 49ers with seven targets and six receptions for 49 yards and a touchdown. Rookie receiver De’Zhaun Stribling was getting some action in this game before having to leave with an ankle injury and will not return to the game.

On the ensuing drive from the Rams, the 49ers kept Los Angeles out of the end zone on fourth and goal from the one-yard line to maintain their 10-point lead

with under three minutes left in the third quarter.
