This was a perfect start to the game for the Chicago Bears on Monday Night Football. After forcing the Seattle Seahawks to go three-and-out on their opening drive, the Bears marched down the field on a 17-play drive that lasted over eight minutes for a touchdown.
Chicago got the ball on their own 20-yard line after a special teams miscue by Seattle led to a touchback instead of the Bears starting inside their own five-yard line. The Seahawks got them to fourth down early in the drive, but Chicago opted to go for it and converted. They also converted on third down three times on their way to scoring. The touchdown came on a one-yard pass from Caleb Williams to receiver Luther Burden III, giving the Bears an early 7-0 lead.

Seattle is now trailing for the first time since their overtime loss to the Denver Broncos two weeks ago, as the Seahawks never trailed in their win against the Kansas City Chiefs.
