The Baltimore Ravens' quarterback Lamar Jackson's status remains in question for Sunday's game against the Atlanta Falcons.
When speaking about the injury to Jackson, Ravens head coach Jesse Minter would say, "I don't know the chances yet; we're still gathering a lot of the information and the imaging and things like that, just dealing with a little bit of an ankle, and we'll kind of see where that shakes out. I have full trust and confidence in him that when it's ready to roll, we'll roll and go from there."
Jackson did not play in the second half of Sunday's win over the Tennessee Titans by a score of 24-18. He left M&T Bank Stadium wearing a protective boot on his left foot after the ankle injury.
When asked whether Jackson's injury would be
short-term or long-term, Coach Minter said, "I really don't think it's going to be crazy long-term, but we'll see what happens."
If Jackson is unable to go against Atlanta, his backup, Tyler Huntley, who is 5-6 as a starter when filling in for the Ravens, would get the go.
The Ravens are tied atop the AFC North with the Cleveland Browns and are looking for the team's first 4-1 start since 2021.
