The Green Bay Packers took advantage of Carolina Panthers quarterback Bryce Young’s interception with a 24-yard touchdown to wide receiver Matthew Golden. That was his fourth touchdown of the season after not having a touchdown in the regular season all through 2025.

On the previous play, Golden actually dropped a touchdown. Drops have been an issue for him this season with three drops in Green Bay’s win against the Dallas Cowboys and two drops in this game against Panthers.
Carolina has struggled offensively in this game. Even after a turnover
gave them the ball at the Packers’ 29-yard line, they were only able to get eight yards on the drive and had to settle for a field goal. Since their touchdown on the first play of the second quarter, their last three drives have ended with two punts and an interception.
