After suffering an ankle injury in their Week 3 win against the Tampa Bay Buccaneers, Minnesota Vikings star receiver Justin Jefferson is out for their Week 4 game against the Miami Dolphins.

This will be the first time since 2023 that Jefferson has missed a game. In 2023, he suffered a hamstring injury that cost him seven games, and later in the year, a chest injury. His status for Minnesota’s next game against the New Orleans Saints is now in question in Week 5. The Vikings have their bye week in Week 6.
Jefferson will not be the only player out for Minnesota as they face the Dolphins. They will also be without punter Brett Thorson due to a right hamstring injury and cornerback Charles
Demmings, who also has a hamstring injury.
Minnesota is still the favorite in this matchup, as they are undefeated, while the Dolphins are still looking for their first win of the season and are without star running back De’Von Achane for the rest of the season.
