Star Boston Celtics forward Jayson Tatum is keeping busy off the court helping people in the greater Boston area despite the fact that his team is gearing up for a new season with training camp underway. The St. Louis native kept his initiative to aid local family and child community centers by awarding the Dimock Center in Roxbury, Massachusetts with a $50,000 grant
Dimock Center reportedly has plants to use the donation to improve their playground spaces and add sensory equipment for area children and their families to make use of, which was documented in video for the team-produced "The Early Game" podcast series hosted on the official "Boston Celtics" YouTube channel.
Take a look at the clip embedded below to see the work Tatum has been putting
in with the Celtics that goes far beyond the basketball court.
