There were more surprise musical acts at the 741 Frequency Fest block party hosted by former Boston Celtics star forward Jaylen Brown in his goodbye to his fans and the city he has called home over the course of the last decade. In addition to a pop-up concert from rapper Lil Baby, the Georgia native himself got on the mic with rapper and friend A$AP Ferg to perform their shared track.
The star-studded event also saw the City of Boston name a street after Brown and the state give the Cal alum a key to the Commonwealth of Massachusetts in what was a proper send-off for the Celtics' 2016 No. 3 overall selection. And the folks behind the "Trill Talk TV" YouTube channel put together a clip from the pop-up performance for us to enjoy later.
