Fans of the Boston Celtics are about to get their first look at a trio of veteran players who were signed to or traded for this offseason. The Celtics have announced they will host an introductory press conference in the afternoon of this coming Tuesday, Sep. 15 for Mitchell Robinson, Paul George, and Mike Conley Jr.
The trio of new Boston players will be available to the media for the first time as Celtics at the team's Auerbach Center practice facility in Waltham, Massachusetts. And the trio will likely have a lot to say about their new ball club now that the 2026 offseason is drawing to a close and the team's looming Media Day proceedings for the 2026-27 NBA regular season and training camp beyond it (kicking off on Sep. 29) comes into view.
Robinson and Conley joined the team via free agency from the New York Knicks and Minnesota Timberwolves, respectively.
George, as most Celtics fans cannot help but recall, came to the team as part of the deal that sent star forward Jaylen Brown to the Philadelphia 76ers.
