Previewing the Boston Celtics 2026-27 NBA regular season campaign, one can take a glass half full point of view with what we ought to expect from this iteration of the storied ball club. Especially given what they did with star forward Jaylen Brown effectively in the place of his longtime costar on the wing Jayson Tatum and the addition of former New York Knicks big man Mitchell Robinson.
But one can also point to the potential health concerns of everyone from new arrivals like Robinson, Mike Conley and Paul George to Tatum as well, the St. Louis native not that far removed from a return from an Achilles tendon injury. Will this version of the team continue to defy expectations, or is this set up to be a down campaign for Boston?
