Whether veteran point guard Derrick White can regain his form on offense this season might be the biggest question facing the Boston Celtics in 2026-27. Or at least that is the point of view of the hosts of the "How Bout Them Celtics!" podcast, Jack Simone and Sam LaFrance, who took some time on a recent episode of their show to talk over what they think was behind the University of Colorado - Boulder alum's slump last year.
Was it caused by White trying to take on a role he was not used to holding down? Or is the Colorado native right about his supposedly changing his form and then letting the bad results get into his head?
Take a look at the clip embedded below to hear what they had to say about the potential root cause of White's slump from
last season, and whether they think he will be able to shake it off this fall.
