The Boston Celtics have officially signed former Sacramento Kings lottery pick Devin Carter. Or at least that is the point of a recent video put together by the hosts of the "How Bout Them Celtics!" podcast, Jack Simone and Sam LaFrance, who took some time on a recent episode of their show to talk over what the onetime Providence College standout could bring to Boston if his camp deal gets converted into a two way or even regular roster spot.
A Big East Player of the Year at the NCAA level who made his name as a defensive menace cut from the cloth of Derrick White, the appeal on that end of the court is evident. But his inconsistent play on the offensive end of the court is likely the reason why Carter was cut by the Atlanta Hawks when he was dealt
there from the Kings earlier this summer.
