The Boston Celtics' No. 27 pick of the 2026 NBA Draft, Chris Cenac Jr., has picked a jersey number for the start of his tenure with the storied franchise. The La Place, Louisiana native decided to go with donning the No. 12 jersey with Boston, a jersey previously worn by the likes of Celtics giants such as Willie Naulls, Don Chaney, and Dominique Wilkins.
Keeping busy getting used to his new home, Cenac Jr. also toured the City of Boston -- and put the jersey selection thought process and his thoughts on the Celtics' home city on video for us to check out as well on his personal YouTube channel.
If you want a window into all of the above with the former Houston big man, take a look at the clip embedded below to see how he feels about suiting up
in No. 12 in his new home city.
