Red Sox pitcher Payton Tolle has the nod locked down when we are strictly in the realm of Major League Baseball, and similar examples can also be found with the New England Patriots (if we stretch the rules to cont them as local) in the NFL's ambit, as is the case with the Boston Bruins of the NHL.
