Steve Wiltfong, vice President of recruiting and transfer portal for On3 and Rivals, issued a prediction for Hall to land with the Kentucky Wildcats. Hall is from Louisville, Kentucky, and has long held an offer from Will Stein and the Wildcats but was trending toward Oklahoma, with a prediction from Rivals' recruiting expert Sam Spiegelman favoring the Sooners just last
week.
Kentucky has a signature win over Texas A&M and looks like a team on the rise, while the Sooners have struggled through the first month on offense and are 2-2.
The Sooners have been at the front of Hall's recruitment for some time, so it wouldn't be surprising to still see Oklahoma still earn a commitment from the No. 1 defensive lineman in the class. But they'll have to fend off a push from Stein and the Wildcats.
