The Carolina Panthers got themselves a big (literal) return at practice on Thursday.
This afternoon's session featured rookie offensive tackle Monroe Freeling, who was listed as a limited participant. The 2026 first-round pick was estimated as a non-participant yesterday due to his knee injury.
Freeling's bump in status is a good sign for Carolina's outlook at right tackle, where he has tallied all four starts. While starting right tackle Taylor Moton was officially designated to return to practice on Tuesday after recovering from blood clots in his lung, his status for the Week 6 matchup against the Philadelphia Eagles remains uncertain.
