The Carolina Panthers will be without two key presences for their Week 7 matchup against the Tampa Bay Buccaneers.
Outside linebackers Jaelan Phillips and Thomas Incoom have been ruled out for Sunday's NFC South showdown. Phillips, Carolina's top starting edge defender, has been dealing with a nagging hamstring injury while Incoom, a special teams ace, is down due to a calf issue.
Fourth-year outside Nick Hampton, as noted by head coach Dave Canales earlier in the week, is expected to be elevated from the practice squad to provide depth at the position.
