The Carolina Panthers appear to be kicking off the 2026 regular season in style.

Around the start of Monday morning's practice, the team's first in the lead-up to their Week 1 matchup against the Chicago Bears, Carolina's social media squad posted the following to Twitter/X . . .

Ever since their inception in 2022, the Panthers' black helmets have been a fan favorite. This would mark the first time that Carolina wears the black helmets in a regular-season opener.

Those caps will be accompanied by their blue jerseys, as officially announced this past Friday. Per the team's jersey schedule, their Week 1 contest will be the first of three showcases for the blue tops—with other appearances coming up in Week 7 and Week 14.

To finish off the look, the pants and socks for Sunday's tilt versus Chicago are likely to be solidified towards the end of the week.
