The second week of the NFL season saw plenty of chaos. Go figure the Cleveland Browns winning at Tampa Bay, as coach Todd Monken knew they would.
Week 3 of the season sees "homecomings" of sorts. Aaron Glenn will be at Ford Field with his New York Jets as they face the Detroit Lions. Glenn was defensive coordinator of the NFC North team before moving to MetLife.
Speaking of MetLife, wonder what the reception will be as former Jets coach Robert Saleh and former Giants coach Brian Daboll bring the Tennessee Titans in for a game with Big Blue.

16. Tennessee Titans at New York Giants, CBS, Sept. 27, 1 p.m.
Brian Daboll returns to MetLife Stadium. That's some kind of revenge game ... for the Giants. Jaxson dart or no Jaxson Dart, John Harbaugh plays chess while Robert
Saleh and Daboll try and figure out checkers. Prediction: Giants 23, Titans 20
15. New York Jets at Detroit Lions, FOX, Sept. 27, 1 p.m.
Aaron Glenn returns to Detroit with both he and Dan Campbell having major team troubles. Loser of this game could be in deep, deep waters. Prediction: Lions 33, Jets 13
14. Carolina Panthers at Cleveland Browns, FOX, Sept. 27, 1 p.m.
Both teams coming off road wins over NFC South teams. The Panthers won at Atlanta and the Browns stunned Tampa Bay and survivor pools. Look for the Panthers to be the more real deal. Prediction: Panthers 27, Browns 23
13. Atlanta Falcons at Green Bay Packers, Amazon, Sept. 24, 8:15 p.m.
Michael Penix Jr. playing makes this slightly more interesting. He can't be worse than the Falcons were in the past two weeks. Don't go overboard on how great Green Bay is. The Packers were life and death to beat the Jets. Prediction: Packers 24, Falcons 16
12. Kansas City Chiefs at Miami Dolphins, CBS, Sept. 27, 1 p.m.
The Dolphins could be on their way to an 0-17 season. This should make it 0-3. Prediction: Chiefs 34, Dolphins 3
11. Arizona Cardinals at San Francisco 49ers, FOX, Sept. 27, 4:05 p.m.
The Cardinals couldn't handle the Seahawks and now they go to San Francisco. The Niners are humming and this could be another big NFC West win. Prediction: 49ers 33, Cardinals 20
10. Las Vegas Raiders at New Orleans Saints, Sept. 27, CBS, 4:25 p.m.
Let's see how far the Saints fall behind before mounting a comeback. Is Klint Kubiak the magic the Raiders have been seeking? Prediction: Saints 31, Raiders 26
9. Philadelphia Eagles at Chicago Bears, Sept. 28, ABC/ESPN, 8:15 p.m.
The Bears will likely be without Caleb Williams and Tyson Bagent. That will make ABC/ESPN unhappy. The Eagles could be on their way to an ugly 3-0 start. That won't make Philly fans happy. Prediction: Eagles 20, Bears 6
8. Seattle Seahawks at Washington Commanders, FOX, Sept. 27, 1 p.m
This game was played in Week 9 last season. The Seahawks won by 24. Prediction: Seahawks 38, Commanders 14
7. Houston Texans at Indianapolis Colts, CBS, Sept. 27, 1 p.m.
Somebody is going to be 0-3. The Texans falling to that mark would be astonishing. They have to be able to shut down Jonathan Taylor & Co., right? Prediction: Texans 23, Colts 20
6. Cincinnati Bengals at Pittsburgh Steelers, CBS, Sept. 27, 1 p.m.
The Bengals look to go to 3-0 by downing Pittsburgh. Would Mike McCarthy dare make a quarterback change during the game?. Would be good for everyone's ears. Prediction: Bengals 17, Steelers 16
5. Minnesota Vikings at Tampa Bay Buccaneers, FOX, Sept. 27, 4:05 p.m.
Welcome back, Kyler Murray. Former Oklahoma stars who won the Heisman Trophy meet. The Vikings are the lone undefeated team in the NFC North. Baker Mayfield and the Buccaneers are winless. Prediction: Buccaneers 20, Vikings 17
4. Los Angeles Chargers at Buffalo Bills, FOX, Sept. 27, 1 p.m.
This could be the start of hot seat chatter with the Bolts. Jim Harbaugh would appear Teflon but Mike McDaniel may find himself in trouble in coordinator musical chairs even after three games. Prediction: Bills 37, Chargers 21
3. New England Patriots at Jacksonville Jaguars, CBS, Sept, 27, 1 p.m.
Teams that had great success last year meet in the Sunshine State. One of them will be 1-2. The Jaguars come into the game as the only team with a win in the AFC South. All four teams could wind up under .500 after three weeks if Jax loses here. Prediction: Jaguars 27, Patriots 23
2. Baltimore Ravens vs. Dallas Cowboys, Rio de Janeiro, CBS, Sept. 27, 4:25 p.m.
Great place for a game between a pair of franchises that draw all sorts of eyeballs. The Ravens botched a win against the Saints. The Cowboys bounced back from loss to the Giants by clocking the Commanders. Dak Prescott feels more reliable than Lamar Jackson at this point. Prediction: Cowboys 31, Ravens 30
1. Los Angeles Rams at Denver Broncos, Sept. 27, NBC, 8:20 p.m.
The Rams come off a short week and head to Mile High. Not exactly the travel issues of Australia but the air in Denver won't help anyone on LA. Look for Sean Payton to have the answers on how to stop the Rams and keep his offense moving. Prediction: Broncos 27, Rams 20
