The Los Angeles Rams made their defense frightening when they added Myles Garrett in a trade with the Cleveland Browns in the offseason. It got downright scary on Sunday because the great defensive tackle Aaron Donald is coming out of retirement and will play on the line with Garrett.
Donald last played in 2023. He retired after his 10th season with the Rams. Donald has 111 sacks in his career. He was the 13th pick out of Pitt in the 2014 NFL draft. That selection was by the then-St. Louis Rams.
Donald will make $20 million with the possibility of it bumping to $30 million. It is a one-year contract.
