An elite and priority target for the Spartans in the 2027 class will reportedly make his college decision later this week.
Antonio Pemberton
of Wolfeboro, N.H. will reportedly make his college decision on Friday, according to a social media post on his Instagram account. Pemberton is down to the following schools: Michigan State, Kansas, Tennessee, Ohio State, Creighton, UCLA, Marquette and Boston College.Pemberton is listed as a five-star prospect, with a recruiting rating of 99.18 in 247Sports' composite system. He ranks as the No. 5 point guard and No. 20 overall prospect in the 2027 class.
Pemberton took an official visit to Michigan State this past weekend during their annual "Grind Week" event that brings back a ton of former Spartan players.
There have been reports following that visit that bode well for the Spartans in landing his commitment, and the announcement of his college decision coming later this week is also promising. We will need to wait to see on Friday, but things appear to be trending towards Tom Izzo and Michigan State landing another massive prospect on the recruiting trail.
