Michigan State football's next home game will be a traditional mid-afternoon kickoff.
The Big Ten released their kickoff times and TV assignments for the weekend of October 10, and the Spartans will be playing in the middle of the afternoon again. Michigan State's game against Illinois on October 10 will officially kickoff at 3:30 p.m. ET.
The game will be televised on FS1.
Michigan State is in the midst of a losing skid, now sitting at 2-2 overall and 0-1 in Big Ten play this year. The Spartans have a tough road game at Wisconsin ahead of next week's home game against Illinois.
Illinois is also looking to get things back on track after losing against Ohio State this past weekend. The Fighting Illini are also 2-2 overall and 0-1 in Big Ten play
this year. Illinois plays Purdue this week before they travel to Michigan State the following weekend.
