One of the big blockbuster moves of the last NBA season occurred when the Memphis Grizzlies traded former Michigan State basketball star Jaren Jackson Jr. to the Utah Jazz for three first-round draft picks and four players. Unfortunately, the man who is known as 'JJJ' only played in three games for the Jazz last year before sitting out to have a growth removed from his left knee. Now, according to Shams Charania of ESPN, Jackson will miss even more time for the Jazz after sustaining a torn MCL in his right knee.
According to Shams' report, Jackson is expected to miss 6-to-8 weeks with the injury, and it won't require surgery. The Jazz are currently 1-3 on the season after entering the year with a lot of buzz. Their only win came against the 0-3
New Orleans Pelicans.
