An intriguing three-star athlete in the 2028 class appears to be a key target for the Spartans on the recruiting trail.
Bo Sutter
of Dunlap, Ill. announced on Saturday that he's received an invitation to attend a Spartans game this upcoming fall. According to a social media post from Sutter, he was invited by the Michigan State coaching staff to attend the Spartans' home game against Eastern Michigan on September 12.Sutter is listed as a three-star athlete in the 2028 class, with a recruiting rating of 88 in 247Sports. He is ranked as the No. 37 athlete and No. 20 player from Illinois in 247Sports' composite rankings for the class, and is also listed as the No. 472 overall prospect in the 2028 class.
According to 247Sports, Illinois is the lone
team at this time to extend him an offer. But, one can assume Michigan State will follow suit soon given their early interest in this prospect from nearby Illinois.
