For a second straight week, a pair of Spartans on the Raiders connected for a touchdown.
Former Michigan State wide receiver Cody White caught a four-yard pass from former Spartans legend quarterback Kirk Cousins for a big-time touchdown in the Las Vegas Raiders' win against the New Orleans Saints on Sunday. The four-yard touchdown play for White-Cousins pushed the Raiders ahead of the Saints in the fourth quarter, with Las Vegas scoring one more time to put the game on ice for a 35-27 road win.
The Raiders are now 3-0 on the season following the win.
White and Cousins connected on a pair of touchdown plays last week as well to beat the Los Angeles Chargers and former Michigan head coach Jim Harbaugh. White is now up to three touchdown receptions
this season.
