Michigan State football officially has a kickoff time for their home contest against Northwestern. The Spartans and Wildcats are slated to kickoff at noon on Peacock.
The Wildcats are a team that are off to a hot start this season and are getting the nation's attention. Led by former MSU quarterback Aidan Chiles, Northwestern currently sits 4-1, and will face Ball State this weekend before traveling to East Lansing.
Meanwhile, the Spartans currently sit at 2-3, are looking for a bounce back spot against Illinois this weekend, before they welcome in Northwestern in week seven.
Most notably, this will be the first time current MSU head coach Pat Fitzgerald takes on his alma mater, and the school he was the head man at for 17 seasons.
This game currently
slates as the Spartans first time on Peacock this season, and will be their first official noon start, as last week's contest against Wisconsin started at 12:30 p.m.
