Following an impressive rookie season, injuries have plagued the career of former Washington Huskies star wide receiver Jalen McMillan.
In his third year with the Tampa Bay Buccaneers, McMillan's training camp was cut short after he reportedly banged knees with another player during a drill. Coach Todd Bowles chose to play it safe with the former third-round pick's return, and he missed over a month, including the first game of the season.
Now, three games into the year, McMillan has played just nine offensive snaps for Tampa Bay, hasn't recorded a catch, and was forced to leave Sunday's 23-16 loss to the Minnesota Vikings in the first quarter with another left knee issue.
Per source, Bucs wide receiver Jalen McMillan will undergo an MRI on his
left knee tomorrow to determine the extent of his injury, seeing if it's a reaggravation of what he was dealing with in camp or if it's a new injury.

According to a report from ESPN's Jenna Laine, McMillan is undergoing an MRI on Monday to determine the severity of his injury, and the scan could also provide context on whether it's a new injury or a reaggravation of what kept him on the sidelines during training camp.
The injury happened on Tampa Bay's first offensive series of the game, where McMillan took an awkward fall on third down. He was able to walk off the field under his own power, but was taken to the locker room and didn't return in a day that was difficult for the Buccaneers on the injury front.
Quarterback Baker Mayfield is expected to miss several weeks after suffering a dislocated right thumb, and at 0-3, the woes are continuing to pile up for a team that holds several other former Huskies, including defensive tackle Vita Vea and tight end Cade Otton.
