The Washington Huskies have added a road exhibition game against the Boise State Broncos to their schedule, the new Pac-12 Conference school announced Thursday.
Before UW hosts cross-state rival Washington State at Alaska Airlines Arena on October 25, the team will travel east to face the Broncos at Idaho Central Arena in Boise on Oct. 17 at 6:00 p.m. PT.
The two schools have faced off just twice in the past two-plus decades, with the last meeting a narrow 77-74 win for the Huskies in the first round of the NIT in 2018 under former coach Mike Hopkins.

Prior to the postseason matchup under Hopkins, the last meeting came in December 1999, a 72-57 victory for UW and then-seventh-year coach Bob Bender, with both games played in Seattle.
The Huskies only play one true road non-conference game, a November 14 trip to face Utah in Salt Lake City after a pair of regular season games against Colgate (Nov. 2) and Mississippi Valley State (Nov. 9) following the second exhibition game against the Cougars on Oct. 25.
UW is also scheduled to play BYU and two other games in the Southwest Maui Invitational in Hawaii from Nov. 23-25 before returning home to close out the non-conference slate against Norfolk State (Nov. 29), Southern Utah (Dec. 8), Baylor (Dec. 19), and Cornell (Dec. 28).
