tight end Chig Okonkwo seems like a good option after having seven receptions for 69 yards in Week 6 against the San Francisco 49ers. NFL.com recently named him as a potential fantasy sleeper ahead of Washington’s Sunday Night Football matchup against the Philadelphia Eagles. Here is what they had to say about Okonkwo’s fantasy value this weekend.“Scary Terry McLaurin can’t frighten defenses anymore after his season-ending knee injury, so someone in Washington has to step up and assume his mantle. There’s plenty of reason to believe it’ll be Okonkwo. Since Jayden Daniels’ return from injury in Week 5, Okonkwo leads the Commanders with 61 routes,
13 targets, 11 catches and 129 yards. Two of his six double-digit fantasy games since the start of last season came in his last two outings.

While McLaurin’s injury is devastating, it provides an opportunity for numerous players on Washington’s roster in fantasy. Okonkwo is certainly one of those players. Furthermore, he is only rostered in 14.1 percent of ESPN leagues, making it easy to pick him up off the waiver wire before Sunday’s game.
