The game between the Texas A&M Aggies and Tennessee Volunteers is set to start at 2 p.m. CT on Saturday, Nov. 14, in Kyle Field, the Aggies announced Sunday on social media. The game will air on ESPN.
Texas A&M will be looking to snap a two-game losing streak after losing to the South Carolina Gamecocks 17-9 on Saturday. The Aggies are now 4-5 overall and 1-5 in SEC play. The offense has been unable to get going in SEC play and is averaging just 16.0 points per game against conference opponents.
Tennessee is coming into the week with plenty of momentum after crushing the Kentucky Wildcats 34-6 on Saturday. They improved to 7-2 with the win and continue to make their case for a spot in the College Football Playoff. The Vols are just 2-1 on the road
this season, with Texas A&M going 4-1 at home. This game has the makings of a potential trap game, with them set to play the LSU Tigers the week after in a potential playoff elimination game.
It will be the sixth meeting between Texas A&M and Tennessee. The Volunteers lead the series 3-2, winning the last meeting 20-13 in 2023. Texas A&M won the only other meeting at Kyle Field, 45-38 in 2016.
