Cincinnati Bengals rookie Colbie Young had a chance to make an impact in Joe Burrow’s offense against the Pittsburgh Steelers with Andrei Iosivas sidelined.
Instead, Young limped off in the first half after making a catch and didn’t return.
The Bengals quickly labeled Young as doubtful to return due to a knee injury.
A rookie draft pick who had a big summer, Young jumped the line on the depth chart and was next man up with Iosivas sidelined on injured reserve with a thumb injury.
With Young now out, too, Dohnte Meyers is the primary No. 3 wideout behind Ja’Marr Chase and Tee Higgins, which likely moves Ke’Shawn Williams more into the mix as a returner.
