The Cincinnati Bengals get another peek at Jacksonville Jaguars quarterback Trevor Lawrence on Sunday, and he heads into Paycor Stadium on one of the hottest stretches of his career.
Via the Bengals’ Week 4 preview, Lawrence has helped Jacksonville win 10 of its last 11 regular-season games dating back to Week 11 of 2025. Over that span, he ranks second among NFL quarterbacks with 26 touchdown passes and a 106.5 passer rating.
Therefore, it's quite the measuring stick for the Bengals defense that has flashed through three weeks but gave up several explosive plays late in the 30-27 loss to the Pittsburgh Steelers.
Lawrence also notches an additional chapter to his history with Joe Burrow. The former No. 1 overall picks will make their third starts
against each other Sunday. Cincinnati won the previous two, including a 31-27 victory last season after Burrow exited with a toe injury.
Burrow has been playing sharp football, too. He completed 28 passes for 282 yards and three touchdowns against Pittsburgh and owns a 70.9% completion rate through three games.
The Bengals are 2-1 entering Sunday, but Lawrence’s current run makes Jacksonville a dangerous opponent.
Cincinnati will need to disrupt a quarterback who has been producing at an elite level for nearly a year.
