The
Cincinnati Bengals announced inactives after roster moves to finish prep for the Week 1 opener against the Tampa Bay Buccaneers.
There, the Bengals announced the elevations of linebacker Joe Giles-Harris and tight end Tanner Hudson to the active roster from the practice squad.
After that, the Bengals announced the following inactives:
- WR Ke'Shawn Williams
- CB Josh Newton
- OT Myles Hinton
- C Connor Lew
- TE Jack Endries
- DT Landon Robinson
- DE Shemar Stewart
No big shocks here. Shemar Stewart was the only name on the injury report, but continues to make strong progress toward an upcoming return.
The Bengals kept Giles-Harris and Hudson on the practice squad after the numbers games at final cuts for this very reason, too.
