Joe Burrow has become known for some of his pregame outfits, and apparently Ja'Marr Chase deserves at least a little credit.
Asked for his thoughts on Burrow's fashion sense, the Cincinnati Bengals wide receiver revealed he has helped guide his quarterback over the years.
"That's my boy. I've been helping him over the last few years and he's come a long way," Chase wrote to USA Today Sports in conjunction with the release of his Fabletics collection.
"I'll always support his choices and how he expresses himself, but he knows who to come to if he wants an honest opinion."
Chase also offered his take on the rest of the NFL's fashion environment.
Excluding himself, Chase identified DeAndre Hopkins and Stefon Diggs as two players whose style stands out
most to him.
"Fashion is a way to express who you are and your personality, without needing to say it," Chase wrote. "Some guys do it better than others, but I think DeAndre Hopkins and Stefon Diggs put together some good looks."
As for Burrow and Chase's connection, it dates back to their LSU days.
And that partnership also includes Chase serving as something of a fashion consultant for Cincinnati's franchise quarterback -- even if Burrow ultimately makes the final call.
