Tee Higgins’ hot start to the 2026 season is showing up in the advanced metrics.
The Cincinnati Bengals wide receiver owns a 91.3 overall grade from Pro Football Focus, which ranks third among qualified NFL wide receivers through four games. His 90.7 receiving grade sits fourth at the position.
Higgins has backed up those grades with 25 receptions for 401 yards and one touchdown. He's averaging 16 yards per catch, with PFF also crediting him with 94 yards after the catch and only one drop.
His biggest performance came in Sunday’s 22-17 loss to the Jacksonville Jaguars. Higgins caught 11 passes for 157 yards, leading Cincinnati in both categories.
The performance came with a tough ending, however, with Higgins suffering an adductor injury late in the
fourth quarter. Head coach Zac Taylor said Monday that Higgins is considered day-to-day, an encouraging designation as Cincinnati prepares to visit Miami in Week 5.
Higgins’ availability takes on hefty importance with Ja’Marr Chase also dealing with a concussion.
The Bengals travel to face the Dolphins on Sunday at 1 p.m. ET before heading into their Week 6 bye.
