Of the former Cincinnati Bengals players making the rounds around final cuts, Bobby Hart is certainly one of the more interesting.
After spending portions of last year with the Los Angeles Chargers, Hart is now a member of the Seattle Seahawks after spending the summer there, getting cut at final roster trimmings and now joining the practice squad.
Hart was an infamous player during his Cincinnati days as an embodiment of the franchise's poor offensive line philosophy. He at one point infamously popped up in an ill-advised quote from the front office after receiving a pretty controversial contract extension.
Anyway, to his credit, Hart has continued to bounce around the NFL for the last decade. He’s been all over the league, including three different
stints in Buffalo, and is now key depth for an NFC contender.
The Bengals, meanwhile, have finally stabilized in the offensive trenches, returning the same starting five linemen for the first time in the Joe Burrow era.
