It was a matter of time before the Cincinnati Bengals made the expected roster moves with wideout Andrei Iosivas.
Before kickoff against the Pittsburgh Steelers in Week 3, the Bengals placed Iosivas on injured reserve. In a corresponding move, the Bengals signed linebacker Joe Giles-Harris off the practice squad to the active roster.
The Bengals also elevated tight end Tanner Hudson from the practice squad to the active roster for the game against the Steelers.
Giles-Harris has been a staple on special teams and a weekly call-up, so his joining the 53 isn’t a shock.
And at wideout, names like Dohnte Meyers and Colbie Young could get more chances, though Iosivas’ injury isn’t expected to cost him the entire season.
